It combines economic knowledge with the success factors involved in future-oriented project and process management.
  In addition to the skills a business management degree teaches you, you will also acquire the following practical skills:
  1. Structuring and managing projects and dealing with emerging risks
  2. Internal and external communication and presentation of projects and processes
  3. Leading project and process teams and managing conflict solutions
  4. Coordinating and documenting processes and managing process optimisations
  5. Working out process costs taking into account profit and loss account and profitability calculation
  6. Shaping change processes and increasing the innovative capacity of the company

- To be admitted to the correspondence bachelor’s degree in Project Management and Process Management (online), one of the following requirements must be met:
  
  1. General higher education entrance qualification
  2. Subject-specific universities entrance qualification or
  3. Entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences
  
  Admission without higher education entrance qualification
  Admission without a university entrance qualification is possible if applicants have undergone advanced further training recognised as equivalent (business administration, business management, master or similar) or via the university admission exam for professionals (HZP). Passing the HZP exam means that you can be admitted to the Wismar University of Applied Sciences without general higher education entrance qualification / subject-specific entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences.
