    • Target group The degree programme is specially designed for working people and is aimed in particular at participants with a background in law or economics who aspire to a management position in tax, legal or business consulting. The main target groups are experienced professionals such as lawyers, corporate lawyers, tax consultants, investment bankers, auditors, management consultants and employees of the M&A departments of large companies or from the private equity sector. The degree course is also suitable for young graduates and young professionals as well as for trainees who want to acquire an additional, internationally recognised qualification.

    • The requirement for admission is a successfully completed university degree in Law or Economics with the following qualifications:
      • State Examination
      • Diploma degree, Bachelor’s or Master’s academic degree (graduating among the top 50% of all graduates) from a university worth at least 240 ECTS credits. Up to 60 ECTS points can be obtained on the basis of professional qualifications.
      For this degree course, you should have obtained your first certificate of academic degree in a degree course of the following subject groups and/or study areas:
      • Subject group: Economics, law
      Minimum language proficiency required:
      • DSH-2 (German)
      Required practical experience
      In addition to a completed first university degree, you will need the following practical experience: 1 year of professional experience in the field of law or business administration

      Proof of relevant professional experience.
    • Completion of first university degree Bachelor/Bakkalaureus, Diplom, Staatsexamen, Master
      (and other qualifications, provided that they are recognised as being equivalent)

      Minimum requirements for first university degree:

      • Required ECTS credits: 240

    • Required practical experience In addition to completing your first university degree, you need the following practical experience to be admitted onto this degree programme:
