- First professionally qualifying degree (Diploma or Bachelor) in the field of civil engineering, landscape architecture, architecture or a comparable degree course. If your overall grade is above 2.0 and below 2.7, you must provide separate proof of your special qualification for the UMSB course with your application documents and may have to participate in an application interview.
