    • Target group The degree course is aimed at graduates in the field of Architecture and has an application-oriented, practice-based profile with a focus on design and construction. From the idea to the details. The focus of the course is on applied design and project work, which is accompanied by a large number of elective modules. Students thus have an opportunity to consolidate their knowledge in individually chosen key areas.

    • Annotation of the Higher Education Institution The Master's degree course qualifies graduates for personally responsible managerial work in all areas of planning and construction, from design, planning, construction and tendering/awarding to construction management. Fields of activity include architectural, engineering, planning offices, construction companies, federal, state and local authorities.
      The degree programme offers graduates the opportunity to further qualify in the field of planning and construction and complies with the international standards of the UNESCO/UIA Charter for Architectural Education.

    • Admission semester summer and winter semester
    • Admission requirements:
      - Certificate of academic degree in the subject area of Architecture (Diploma degree or Bachelor’s degree) with at least 180 ECTS credits with a minimum grade of 2.3.
      - a curriculum vitae showing study and work experience up to the date of application.
      - a letter of motivation
      - A study portfolio presenting three significant study projects of the certificate of academic degree, one of which can be the Bachelor's thesis.
      On the basis of these documents, applicants are selected by a selection committee chosen by the Examination Board of the Master's degree programme in Architecture.
