      1. a first academic degree (final grade 2.5 or better) from a university in Germany or abroad (regardless of discipline) and
      2. at least one year of professional experience in a related field after the first certificate of academic degree (business and/or construction related)
      3. for applicants from outside Germany: evidence of sufficient proficiency in German (“German Language Test for Admission to Higher Education for Foreign Students” (DSH) or “Test of German as a Foreign Language” (TestDaF))
    • Completion of first university degree Bachelor/Bakkalaureus, Diplom, Diplom (FH)
      (and other qualifications, provided that they are recognised as being equivalent)
    • Required practical experience In addition to completing your first university degree, you need the following practical experience to be admitted onto this degree programme:
