    • Target group You have already successfully completed your first degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or Economics and wish to extend your IT skills to include a topic that currently dominates information technology, big data and the internet of things, as well as extending your consulting expertise in a Master’s degree: then you have come to the right place!

    • Applicants:who have not completed their first degree in Business Information Systems or Computer Science must show that they have basic knowledge (at least 20 ECTS) of Business Administration disciplines such as Accounting, Investment and Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Production Theory, Logistics or Corporate Management. Alternatively, the applicant can demonstrate knowledge he or she has acquired through self-learning by taking a written entrance examination on these topics and scoring at least 50% of the maximum points.
      Successful participation in an examination of knowledge in the areas of Programming, Databases, Web Applications and Business Intelligence is a further requirement. Applicants can prepare for the examination through a free top-up course offered by the department; no prior knowledge is required for this course. Applicants pass the examination if they achieve at least 50% of the points in each of its parts.
