    • Annotation of the Higher Education Institution The aim of the career-integrated Master's degree programme is to ensure qualification and quality standards for scientifically sound consulting in the world of work: Coaching, mediation and supervision are integral components of the understanding of consulting. The professionalisation of work-related consulting is supported by the inclusion of current research and the use of scientifically verified theories and procedures.

      After completing the Master's degree programme, there are promising career prospects in both the non-profit and the profit sector. With the skills acquired during your degree course, you will be optimally prepared for new tasks in your company. You will also be enabled to take on complex management tasks, to accompany change processes and to organise teamwork efficiently. The degree course also enables you to establish yourself as an independent consultant or to further expand your consulting services.

    • Admission requirements:
      -a first professionally qualifying academic degree with a course duration of at least six semesters or 180 ECTS points at a university of applied sciences, a scientific university within the scope of the German Higher Education Framework Act (Hochschulrahmengesetz) or an equivalent foreign university or a corresponding aptitude test on application
      - at least three years of professional experience
      - at least ten work-related guidance sessions utilised in an individual settings (90 minutes each) in the form of coaching or supervision
      -a positively evaluated aptitude interview

    • Tuition fee 13.900 EUR / gesamt

    • Annotation to the tuition fee The tuition fee is EUR 13,900 plus a student semester contribution.
      In addition, there is around EUR 3,000 for teaching supervision.
      The tuition fee is due in six semester instalments. The tuition fee includes the cost of course materials, lunch/snacks and examination fees.
