    • Admission semester summer and winter semester
    • A prerequisite is proof of academic achievement in the field of Indo-Germanic Studies, Germanic Linguistics or Linguistics as well as basic knowledge of historical linguistics. The final grade of the course should not be lower than 3.0. Furthermore, the proof of the Latinum and Graecum is required. The latter can be acquired during the degree course until the registration of the Master's thesis. Command of one or more modern foreign languages is desirable.
      International applicants are required to provide proof of command of German at the level of a DSH test (stage 2), a TestDaF (TDN 4) or a recognised equivalent.
