Personnel and organisation managers of tomorrow therefore have to know business management as well have psychological and communicative skills.

      The MasterŽs in Business Psychology prepares students for practical fields of personnel and organisational development in companies and institutions and is aimed at graduates of Bachelor programmes in Psychology or Business Administration.

      In order to ensure an optimal entry into the MasterŽs programme in Business Psychology, the (elective) modules of the first semester are individually tailored to the students previous knowledge. Depending on the knowledge acquired in the BachelorŽs programme, the main subjects of the first-semester students are in the areas of business, psychological or economic-psychological competences.

      In terms of content, the Master’s degree course focuses on the psychological aspects of HR management. This involves the leadership and advising of employees, teams and institutions. In-depth research, support and advice on change processes in companies is a major task here. The cultural-psychological specialisation in morphological consulting is unique in Germany. It is complemented by systemic, reflexive and social-communicative skills.
