    • Completed Bachelor's degree course in Political Science at the University of Duisburg-Essen or an equivalent or comparable degree course in Political Science or Social Science, which comprises a minimum of 16 credit points in the areas of Methods and Statistics plus 6 credit points in each of the areas of Political Theory or Sociological Theory plus Comparative Political Science or Comparative Sociology.
      Considered equivalent are a Diploma degree in Political Science or a Magister or Teaching Qualification academic degree course with Political Science as the major subject. Considered equivalent is also a professionally qualifying academic degree in Social Sciences or a degree course with Social Science related content, if the skills in Political Science essential to the Master´s degree programme have been taught in the degree courses.
      Aptitude test required.
