- Annotation of the Higher Education Institution In the Master's degree course, you acquire the title Energy Consultant for Residential Buildings and Non-residential Buildings (certificate from Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences) at the same time by completing the modules.
  
  Furthermore, you will be trained in passive house planning. The recognised examination as a certified Passive House Planner/Consultant can be taken by means of an additional examination at the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt.
