    • Target group The Master´s degree programme in Real Estate Management (REM) is aimed at professionals in real estate management (builders, owners and contractors, planning offices and relevant professional disciplines) who would like to prepare themselves competently for management functions in Germany and abroad. Admission requires an academic degree in architecture, civil engineering, urban development, construction and real estate engineering, facility engineering, facility management, project management, industrial engineering, building physics, medicine or a closely related degree course. The degree course is divided into an industrial construction-specific branch of “IREM Industrial Real Estate Management” (Profile A) and a health and building specific branch of “HREM Healthcare Real Estate Management” (Profile B).
