    • Completed first degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Technology, Renewable Energies, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related subjects;
      Proof of knowledge in certain subject areas (see website of the course);
      Proof of command of English (level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference);
      An average grade of at least 1.8 for the first degree;
      With a grade point average of 1.9 to 2.3, a special individual case test is carried out. For this purpose, a letter of motivation in German or English (approx. 500 words) and, if necessary, further evidence of the subject-specific and course-specific qualification must be submitted.
      Applicants with a grade point average of 2.4 or worse will be rejected!
      For 3 semesters and 4 semesters without internship: A 12-week internship at the latest until registration of the Master's thesis (a relevant professional activity or an internship as part of the first degree will be taken into account)
