    • Target group With Demography-Oriented Sport and Health Management, an innovative degree course is established at Master's level that shows evidence-based ways in which demographic change can be successfully mastered from the perspective of different actors and institutions. In contrast to many degree courses in the context of social work, this continuing education course aims to teach management qualifications that place sport and health at the centre of business decisions. The degree course is therefore aimed at specialists and managers in the sports and health industry with special attention paid to demographic opportunities and risks.

    • Required English skills: Level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)

      Applicants who are not German must demonstrate a proficiency in German corresponding at least to level C1 of the CEFR.

      The certificate of academic degree or professional experience must have a sufficient connection to the content of the Master's degree course Demography-Oriented Sport and Health Management; in particular it must have imparted knowledge and skills that are conducive to studying the degree course (e.g. experience in the field of business administration, organisations in sport or in the healthcare sector).

    • Required practical experience In addition to completing your first university degree, you need the following practical experience to be admitted onto this degree programme:
      • 12 months Work experience in the field of Healthcare/Sports Organisation/Business Administration corresponding to the Master's degree content
