    • Target group The degree course is aimed at those with responsibility in education and those who work in or want to work in the education sector who have earned a first academic degree.

      The course is aimed in particular at graduates of the following:
      - educational and sociological degree courses
      - teaching qualification degree courses (especially for vocational schools)
      - non-educational degree courses (e.g. Economics), who are interested in working in corresponding subject areas of adult education (e.g. in counselling, training, leadership or coaching)
    • kind of Master course according to the KMK providing further education

    • Annotation of the Higher Education Institution The career-integrated Master´s degree programme qualifies graduates for professional work in adult education. It takes place on weekends (Friday/Saturday) in person and is supplemented by digital formats and flexible self-learning times.

      It is structured according to a modular principle and has a large (compulsory) elective element, i.e. you largely decide for yourself which course content you want to study, at which pace.

      The degree entitles you to commence studies towards a doctorate.

      *Subject to the approval of the Ministry for Science, Research and Art of Baden-Württemberg, the degree course began in the winter semester

    • The admission requirements for the course are a first academic degree and, as a rule, at least one year of relevant professional experience in the educational sector.
