  • Field of study
    • Target group The consecutive Master's degree in Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition is aimed at all those who wish to study independently of time and place and at the same time acquire a nationally and internationally recognised academic degree. It is suitable for graduates of a training, health and/or nutrition science degree course or a degree course in sports science who are aiming for managerial activities and leadership tasks in various sports and nutrition-related professional fields of (junior) competitive and top-level sport as well as leisure, fitness, recreational and health sport and who wish to expand and deepen their knowledge, competences and skills in training theory, nutrition and training science. Of course, this master's degree is also aimed at all graduates of our IST bachelor's programmes in Fitness and Health Management as well as Fitness Science and Fitness Economics.
