  - proof of German language proficiency according to level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages for applicants
  who have neither acquired their higher education entrance qualification nor their first degree giving access to studies in German; the required proficiency in German can also be demonstrated by a final thesis in German in a degree course.H2874
