    • - Successful completion of a Law, Business Law or Economics academic degree university degree. Graduates with a Bachelor's degree must provide evidence of at least 210 ECTS points (application possible with 180 ECTS points) or
      - in accordance with Section 35 (1) of the Rhineland-Palatinate Higher Education Act (Hochschulgesetz), those who have acquired the required aptitude professionally or in some other way can also participate, or
      - Exceptional cases: Successful completion of other certificate of academic degree (corresponding legal and other relevant prior knowledge through relevant examinations or relevant professional experience)
      - Evidence of relevant professional experience of generally at least one year. Evidence of relevant professional experience is to be provided by means of employment contracts, references or certificates from the employer. Professional experience must be gained after the first degree. The time counts from the date of exmatriculation until the application deadline (15 August).
